Richard previously was General Manager at another Compass site, “Stationers’ Hall”, in the City of London but his background is predominately in the 5 Star hotel market with his management training at The Ritz Hotel in London and having being part of the pre-opening team at Rocco Forte’s Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair, London.
His idea of an ideal day is spending quality time with his wife and relaxing by cooking a delicious meal to be shared with family and friends.
Richard lives in St Alban’s in Hertfordshire.
Charlotte joined us in March as our Sales Manager after working at The Royal Automobile Club and In and Out in London.
Charlotte is passionate about her food and likes to sample Richard Cowie's new dish ideas but she says nothing beats her Mommy's home-ccoking. She a sweet tooth and really loves Krispy Kreme Doughnuts!
She also has ejoyed travelling and her favorite memory is meeting the natives in the Panamanian Jungle.

Sarah started in February 2012 and has a wealth of experience as a Events Co-ordinator with hotels and other venues. Sarah is passionate about hospitality and will help co-ordinate every little detail of your event.
Sarah's passion is travelling and just before joining us she went to Cambodia and Vietnam but has also travelled to Australia, America and extensively around Europe.

Magda joins us from Rhodes W1, Michelin Star Restaurant of well-known British chef, Gary Rhodes. She is passionate about events and hospitality industry and great experience with corporate and event clients.

Richard started his career as Head Chef at Dartmouth House 10 years ago! He left us for a short period of time to become Banqueting Head Chef at the Thistle Royal Horseguard hotel in London. He has returned to Dartmouth House where he is making a name for himself. One of his highlights of his career is getting a Bronze medal in Afternoon Tea at Salon Culinare Competition in 1998.
Richard loves travelling abroad and that’s how he spends his holidays.

Alistair joined Dartmouth House in 2010. Alistair comes from a career of running events in venues such as The Café Royal, The Hotel Russell and more recently working for the 5* Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces.
Alistair has many years of experience running exquisite events and has a vast knowledge of the events and entertainment industry.
